You know what? It's totally fine to start late.

It's more than okay if you look different from everyone else.

And it's perfectly normal to feel uncertain. You're going to change your mind from time to time. And that's OK. In fact, it's GREAT! It means you are growing and evolving.

Succeeding isn't about being the first. It's not about looking a certain way or following a specific path. It's not even about being certain.

We are all unique—and so are our goals. If you don't end up where you thought you would, it doesn't mean you've lost. It means you've learned and grown along the way.

Your idea of what success means might be different to the next person.

No matter what stage of life you're in—whether you're just starting out or already established—you deserve to reach for your dreams. We all do!

You have the power to take your life into your own hands and mould it into something extraordinary, every successful person started somewhere—you're going to do amazing things!

Trust the process, trust yourself and remember to enjoy the journey. Life isn't always just about the destination. You got this!

Are you ready to be your most hydrated? This week is a hydration challenge!

There's a reason that "drink more water" is the world's go-to wellness tip, and not just because you'll feel better. Drinking enough water every day is pivotal to your overall health; in fact, about 60% of the human body is made up of water.

That means that every single system in your body needs water to work properly, from digestion to temperature regulation to waste removal. When you're dehydrated, you can experience everything from headaches and muscle cramps to fatigue and confusion. SO it is important for our body to function at its peak.

Here’s what you can do:

1) Track your intake with a smart-watch or smartphone app

2) Setting an alarm on your phone that rings every hour with a reminder to drink water

3) Always keep a water bottle within arm's reach–super effective!

But If you’re not really a big water drinker these tips might help… get yourself a new beautiful drinking bottle to motivate you. You can also even add lemon wedges or cucumber slices to your water for a fresh burst.

So how do you know if you’re getting enough of the water?

Every person is different, so there's no magic number for how much water you should drink every day. The best way to tell if you've had enough water is by looking at the colour of your urine: if it's clear or light yellow, then congratulations! You're well-hydrated. If it's darker yellow or even brownish in colour, then you need to drink more water.

Every day this week comment below on this tread how much water you drank at the end of each day.

Getting in shape is not a sprint. It doesn't happen overnight, and there will be setbacks along the way. It may feel like you're doing a LOT of nothing for a long time, but that's because you're building your foundation. So don't pressure yourself into being perfect right away.

We all make mistakes and fall off the wagon sometimes, but don't stress yourself out over it. Instead, learn from those mistakes and keep on trying your best!

So, find out what works for YOU—it might take some trial and error at first. But it's going to be OK!

Fitness is not a race between you and other people. It's just you, doing you, trying your best every day. That's what it's all about. Fitness is something that will always be there for you. If you fall, just pick yourself back up and keep going!

Take your time, learn as you go along, and ease into your new, healthy lifestyle.

If you feel overwhelmed or like things aren't working out for you, try taking it slower and really thinking about what you want to achieve with your fitness goals. WE are always here for a chat if you need a bit of support or guidance. Or if you feel comfortable sharing in the group here. I bet there's someone else feeling the same as you. There’s power in numbers!

Start slow, and focus on getting better every day. Don't worry. You'll get there.

We are with you every step of the way! We got you!

How many times have you thought to yourself, "I need to start working out," without doing anything about it?

There are just too many tempting excuses out there— And it's also challenging to know where or how to even start, especially if you've never really had a workout plan or let physical activity fall by the wayside.

Luckily…there is something you can do.

Read this!

1. Start small.

• Commit to doing 10 mins of a workout daily—the smaller and more realistic the goal, the more likely you are to be successful at it.

2. Overcome your fear of the gym.

• If you worry that others are judging you—most of the time, people are zoned in on themselves and probably feeling just as self-conscious! Even super-fit people have insecurities!!!

3. Expect imperfection.

• In any kind of journey—you're going to make mistakes and stumble along the way. So don’t use that excuse to give up, learn to forgive yourself.

4. Find some buddies.

• Having a gym buddy significantly increases the time spent exercising. Workout pals really do work! Try this!

5. Track your progress.

• Write down daily or weekly observations and notes in a fitness journal so you'll have a written record of your steady progress, or another option is to take some photos, so you'll be able to see how far you've come.

6. Customize a playlist that makes you want to move.

• It boosts your mood really well to get you moving!

7. Do it for yourself.

• Hold yourself accountable. If you wouldn't let important people in your life who are counting on you down, so why do it to yourself?
With a little patience and determination, you'll be working up a healthy sweat in no time. Follow these tips and your body and mind will surely thank you later.
