What a lovely birthday it's been! ❤️
After teaching my two yoga classes this morning — 6:30am Sunrise Yoga and 9:00am Healthy Aging — I was spoiled by the kindness of some beautiful people.
My students from the first class surprised me with coffee and cake, and later another lovely student treated me to more cake. To top it all off, the wonderful team at Elevated Grounds gifted me a cake after overhearing that it was my birthday!
I’m feeling very loved, grateful, and blessed today. It’s the little acts of kindness that make a day so special.
And really... who doesn't love cake and coffee? ☕️🎂 I know I do!
Thank you to everyone who helped make my birthday so memorable. My heart is full. xx ❤️.

Keith and Georgia can get a little bit boisterous after our yoga class and we both found out we both have a birthday within a few days apart, but the amazing thing is Georgia 88 and Keith is 68. That’s 20 years difference between us Georgia comes to Keith‘s yoga class every week and it is not exactly an easy class either but Georgia turns up every week and is an amazing Yoga student, she’s dedicated and a positive thinker and an amazing person, as most of our yoga community are. So we’re just sharing this with you today for no reason, but I hope in 20 years time I am as healthy, flexible as fit, independent and still doing Yoga the same as Georgia.

**Do you think dogs are our best friends? We'd love to hear about your furry companions too!** 🐾❤️

Since welcoming Ebony into our lives, she has completely transformed them. We were expecting a Labradoodle, but it turns out she's nearly 100% Poodle! Whatever her breed, she has brought so much joy into our home.

Ebony has taught us to laugh more, enjoy our walks and exercise, take time to rest, appreciate cuddles, and most of all, feel truly loved—unconditionally loved.

Of course, dogs are a lot of work. They need care, training, attention, and those early morning trips outside for a toilet break. But all of that helps create a routine, gives you a sense of purpose, and keeps you active.

For us, the rewards far outweigh the effort. The love, companionship, and happiness Ebony brings every day make it all worthwhile.

We wouldn't change a thing. ❤️🐶

🌟 A Big Thank You to Florence!🌟
We would like to give a huge shout-out to our amazing granddaughter, Florence, who is also our wonderful studio helper.
Every week, no matter if it's dark, cold, hot, or even when she’s not feeling her best, Florence shows up with a smile and helps clean, organise, and care for our studio. Thanks to her dedication, we can all enjoy practicing yoga in a fresh, clean, and welcoming space.
At just 15 years old, Florence is incredibly reliable, hardworking, and committed. We recently asked if she could tackle the blankets, dust, and prop area—and wow, look at the result! ✨
We are so excited to share our beautifully organised prop shelving. It looks fantastic, and we’re so grateful for all the effort Florence has put in.
A big thank you, Florence —we appreciate everything you do! ❤️
To our students, please help us keep the shelves looking this great by returning props neatly after each class. 🙏

We love our yoga practice and the wonderful community it has created. While it may sound a little noisy as everyone settles in, once we lie down, close our eyes, and connect with our breath, it feels as though we enter our own special space—a place of peace, presence, and connection to the universe.
Surrounded by nature, with a sense of solitude within and spiritual awareness, we begin to focus on our breath. As we slow down and find that rhythm, something truly magical happens. ✨
