Meet TEAM BUBBA`S newest member. 12 year old Mia. Supported by her father, Mia’s longing to learn about horses, to work with and around Bubba along with her continued persistence and desire didn’t go unnoticed by us. Pictured is Mia on her first and second consecutive days learning lots of stuff, completing an induction and getting to know Bubba.

A little bit of FUN in the paddock this morning. It was time for BUBBA the wonder horse to get her nails done. Our 19-year-old apprentice Farrier Dan did a magnificent job with our pony BUBBA who was in somewhat of a cantankerous mood. Pictured is my 21-month-old Team BUBBA member Chillie deciding it was time to catch BUBBA. She waddle walked up that paddock incline, lead rope in hand, calling BUUUUB all the way. It was a Beautiful Thing to behold.

What do you do when Poppy says you are too little and it's too hot to ride BUBBA. Well, you don't ride your horse you ride Bucky your goat instead. This was a little bit of unplanned fun recently when my granddaughter Chillie climbed aboard Bubba`s goat brother, the extremely good-natured Bucky.

Early on Sunday morning just gone, 19-month-old Chillie went with her Poppy Lee (me), to feed BUBBA (our family horse) some breakfast and to do some paddock housekeeping. It seems that Chillie decided Poppy had missed some poo and he needed a hand. What do you do when you are 19 months old, you decide you need to help, and the shovel is too big to handle. Well, you do what any true-blue Aussie gal would do. Ya get ya hands dirty. My granddaughter is all kinds of wonderful!!! She makes my heart swell with happiness.

This afternoon me and my daughter in law Angel (Team BUBBA) were working with our magnificent family horse Bubba and teaching my 17 month old grand daughter Chillie about life around a horse stuff. Before any one reads negativity into this be assured that we know this horse, we work with this horse, we can read this horses body language and we were in total control of the situation. Having said that the continual experience young Chillie is obtaining under our guidance is a Beautiful thing. DO NOT think that just anyone can do this with their child.
We are now accepting bookings for BUBBAS HORSE HANDLING Experience for the Beginner`s summer season 2022-23.

8 year old Eloise has been one of our quieter, reserved kids to be involved in Bubbas Horse Handling Experience for the Beginners. But she couldn`t contain her happiness after her success in lifting Bubbas front leg. Eloise just couldn`t contain that smile any longer.
