This is what supported consistency can look like.
Mel is one of my online 1:1 personal training clients from regional Victoria — literally on the other side of the country.
We’ve been working together for just over 12 months now, and this was her 52nd session.
Most weeks, Mel trains from home with a mix of Pilates-based movement and free weights. But this day, she was at work, away from home, and instead of cancelling, she found a spot in a local park, rolled out her mat, and we adapted.
And that’s why her progress has been so impressive.
Not because every session is perfect.
Not because she has the ideal setup.
Not because life never gets in the way.
But because she keeps showing up.
Over the past year, Mel’s strength, mobility and control have improved out of sight — through consistent, supported practice that fits into her real life.
Sometimes that looks like weights at home.
Sometimes it looks like movement in a park.
Sometimes it looks like adapting the plan instead of abandoning it.
