Carnival Cancellation Notice

It is with regret that we announce the cancellation of this weekend’s carnival.

After careful consideration of the forecast weather conditions and the low number of team entries received, we have made the difficult decision not to proceed with the event. The safety and wellbeing of our horses, riders, officials, volunteers, and spectators will always be our highest priority.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause and thank everyone for their understanding and ongoing support.

We look forward to welcoming you back and seeing everyone again in 2027.

☀️ What a weekend Jugiong had at Harden Carnival! ☀️

The sun was shining, the players were playing, and the smiles were big all weekend. Jugiong rolled into Harden with one full team, two separate chukkas, and our little superstar subbie ready to hit the field!

Our Jugiong 1 team of Imogen, Grant, Ali, Billy, Peyton and Alicia took on the A/B competition. While they didn’t come away with any wins, they had an absolute blast playing alongside each other learning plenty and enjoying every minute on the field. Luckily, they didn’t have to come up against Ben, Dan and Pat in Pool A, who were on fire all weekend, taking out every game (including the final) with a little help from our friends from Wagga!

Our girls section saw Halle, Catelin and Abby take the field in C Grade. Unfortunately, they didn’t bring home any prizes this time, but they had a fantastic weekend together, showing off some great teamwork, plenty of laughs, and some very impressive moves!

And last but certainly not least, our little superstar Makenna! She has improved so much, flying around the field, chasing hard and digging for the ball like no other. Her determination and enthusiasm are amazing to watch!

A huge thank you to Harden for yet another fantastic carnival. We had a wonderful weekend filled with great polocrosse, friendships, and plenty of fun.

We can’t wait to see everyone at Wagga! 🤩🐴

A small but mighty group of Jugiong players made the trip down to Holbrook/Albury this weekend and certainly made the most of it!

Billy, Peyton, Ben, Pat and Ryan teamed up in the A/B Grade competition. While the results didn't quite fall their way, the group had a fantastic weekend of polocrosse, enjoying the opportunity to play together, compete hard and represent Jugiong proudly.

Ryan and Dan also took to the field in the A Grade competition. The boys put in some strong performances throughout the weekend and had a great time, but unfortunately fell just short of securing a spot in the finals.
And our super subbies Makenna and Fynley taking to the field once again having a great time making the most there weekend 😁😁

Meanwhile, Sid, Alec and Imogen headed north to the Coonabarabran Expo and what a weekend they had! Playing in Division 1, the trio took out the clean sweep of the competition. Sid played the No. 1 position, Alec the No. 2 and Imogen the No. 3, with all three contributing to a fantastic result. More importantly, they had plenty of fun along the way and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. 🤩

Although there were no finals at Holbrook this time around, it was another successful weekend for Jugiong members, with players competing across multiple carnivals, representing the club with pride and making plenty of great memories along the way. Well done to everyone who travelled and flew the Jugiong flag high!
