Jordan Springs Cricket Club recently brought together our Junior Coaches & Managers to align on our club culture, expectations and key responsibilities for the season ahead.

A great discussion focused on positive team environments, communication, player development, sportsmanship and smooth team operations.

A big thank you to all our volunteer coaches and managers for stepping up for our juniors.
