Weβre focusing in on lower volume with increased weight on resistance days & performance focused on long set aerobic & compromised conditioning. π«£ππ
REDLINE | CARDIO - Built on an intense pyramid set structure with escalating work periods and short rest times.
MAXIMUS | RESISTANCE - weightlifting inspired session. Work through your whole body of all the big lifts.
BEARS | CARDIO - A mixture of agility, power, endurance and plyo metric movements for an intense cardio workout
TWO FOLD | RESISTANCE - Choose whether you complete upper or lower and lift your max over 6 sets to reach your peak!
CHECKMATE | HYBRID - 1 cardio pod, 1 resistance pod and 1 AMRAP pod with some spicy group work to level up your week
NOHO | HYBRID - 60 minutes! A saturday favourite to ensure you work up a sweat together!
ROMANS | RESISTANCE - Such a favourite class among you all. Perfect resistance class to finish up the week!
