Badminton is a fun and exciting sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. ECU Badminton is open to all levels and welcomes you.

***UPDATE****
Badminton session on Monday's night is back on!!!
However, to ensure that we are permitted to have the session on, we require all patrons to have their mask on for the session. Take note that if you do not have your mask for the session, you cannot participate in the session as this is a policy made from the Uni itself.

Dear Friends of ECU Badminton Club,
I'm happy to announce that we are back for business (playing) starting the 15th June 2020 after confirming the status with the ECU Sports Centre. However, please do be informed that you will be required to provide some personal details to us for book-keeping just in case of any incidents upon reopening from COVID-19. We seek your understanding in this matter.
The playing time will be
Monday: 7.30pm - 9pm
Friday: 6pm - 7.45pm

On behalf of the club, we could like to thank you for supporting us all this while and hope to see you again on the court soon :)

Dear all, please be advised that due to the latest development of increase in cases in Perth, ECU Sports centre has announced that our regular sessions will be suspended for the time being starting Monday 25th March 2020 (Note: Tonight session will still continue). Further notice will be provided at later date on the re-commencement of the club.
We sincerely apologize for that.

Dear All Friends of ECU Badminton Club, there will be no badminton sessions for the next 4 weeks due to exams occurring and we will be back on the 24th June.

Dear lovely players...please take note that 4th March is a holiday, BUT..we still have our badminton session (hurray!!!)
Please take note that the session time will start slightly earlier at 6pm and end at 8pm instead.

Dear All ECU Badminton Fanatics,
Just to keep you informed that our regular badminton sessions will be closed for 2 weeks due to the University holding its exam over at the Sports Centre Hall starting from this week. We will be back on 26th November (Monday Night) and will be opened till the last 2nd week of December. Therefore, do come over when we are back in 2 weeks time.
