“I haven’t run since before having my daughter… and I finally decided to change that. 💪”

This 4-week plan is how I’m easing back into running — without quitting my weight training, overloading my body, or rushing the process.

✅ Only 2 runs per week
✅ No overlap with weights
✅ Focus on form, breath, and fun
✅ End goal: Run 5KM in 40 minutes feeling good (not dying 😅)
