Hey, I'm Isla.
I've spent the last 12 years working in the snowsports industry, first as an instructor, then a coach and moved into instructor training and being a head coach. I've worked in Japan, Australia, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Norway and Germany.
I'm building this community because, selfishly, I would love to have a team of coaches that is half female and half male but I struggle every year to find the amount of females with the correct experience to fill the spaces.
There is so much to be said for having role models in this sport to look up to so we believe we can do it too.
