We are so very blessed to have the guidance and support of our coaching team who give up their precious time to help our rowers grow and thrive. Head Coach Sue Donoghoe helped to start the club, kicked off our first Learn to Row and Junior programs, and continues to help our masters crews with their rowing goals. After 8 weeks of solid training, what amazing results in the 1km retest! Huge improvements in technique and strength saw gains for all with faster overall times and more consistency in splits and rate.

5 weeks into our 1km erg challenge and the weather is not kind this week! Making the most of our limited indoor space but getting the job done. The improvement in technique and strength over the last 5 weeks is fantastic.
