Ultimate SNOWY Challenge

Due to resourcing issues the Ultimate snowy Challenge will now not be staged this year (2016). Thanks to all the riders who have attended past events and apologies to riders who were planning to be with us this time around. There are plenty of riding events coming to Jindabyne in the near future including the LeTape in December 2016, so use this summer to come to Jindabyne and ride our roads. Thanks and good riding to all.

Dates set for 2016 Ultimate Snowy Challenge. 12th-13th March. This year we welcome the Gold Wave setting off Elite Riders first to tackle the 160km. We are also welcoming our 'Enticer' a 36km challenge for new participants wanting to tackle thier first climbing event. Entries will open soon.

Excellent weather forecast for the USC. Top of 23deg for Jindabyne and a top of 17deg for Perisher Valley. With little to no wind. Ideal conditions.

LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED. A record field has entered the ULTIMATE SNOWY CHALLENGE. late entries will be accepted on Sat afternoon at THE STATION RESORT or from 6.45 am on ride day. Late entries are still available for the hill climb and crit. Accommodation is still available at The Station Resort where The Cyclists Get Together Dinner will take place at The Bistro.

Jindabyne Cycling Club members on their annual 350klm 3 day AROUND THE BLOCK RIDE. This year the Around The Block was conducted 2 weeks before the ULTIMATE SNOWY CHALLENGE as training for the Premiere Snowy Mountains event.
Still plenty of accommodation at THE STATION RESORT where you will have a front row seat for the Crits and enjoy the Cyclists Dinner at the Resort Hotel.

Entries have now been opened through the Cycling NSW website. Entries through the www.ultimatesnowychallenge.com web site will be open shortly. This event is put on by cyclists for cyclists to benefit cycling in the Snowy Mountains and to benefit endangered species in the mountains such as the Corroboree Frog and Pygmy Possum. Please share to get the word out.
