* Do you run/jog and suffer constant niggling injuries, shin splints/knee pain?
* Do you want to be the fittest you have ever been? If you answered yes to any of these you are looking in the right place! CrossFit since its inception over 15 years ago has turned the fitness industry on its head. The days of boring chronic cardio, step machines, bicep curls and swiss balls are over and in their place is a focus on real fitness that translates into functional, everyday movement patterns with real results. The technical definition of what we do is to combine elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and core conditioning to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance and agility. These are basic things that all humans need, regardless of whether they are elite athletes, seniors, active wearers or parents lugging their children around. So don’t be daunted by that list. All you really need to know is that we will get you fit and we will help you reach your goals - be that fat loss, sport specific, improved health and mobility or just looking great naked! You do not need to be fit to start and in fact some of our most successful members had never been near a gym or undertaken any formal exercise before commencing with us. We offer 35 hours of CrossFit classes per week that you can choose from as well as Private Personal Training with male and female Trainers. Our Trainers are all qualified, experienced and have a never ending commitment to self-improvement and continuing education. They are also experienced CrossFitters themselves. Our website is full of loads more information about us, about CrossFit in general, about other programmes we offer (including Jimboomba Barbell Club and Flourish Yoga), timetables, pricing and more. To get started schedule a free “no-sweat” intro with us and we can discuss the best course of action for your needs and goals. All new members go through an introductory programme before joining our regular CrossFit classes, so don’t worry about being thrown in at the deep end. We will look after you!

Part of your unlimited membership is full access to our recovery centre — and one of the biggest features in there is our cold plunge.
Cold water immersion is one of the most researched recovery tools going around, and the good news is you don't need to be extreme about it to see the benefits. Here's what the science actually says:
⏱ 2–3 minutes per session is all you need. Aim for 2–3 sessions a week — that's roughly 11 minutes total. Consistent beats heroic.
🌡 Our plunge runs at 10°C. As you build the practice, adjust your duration — not the temperature. The temp is set for a reason.
❄️ End on cold and let your body rewarm naturally. Resisting the urge to jump straight in a hot shower is where a lot of the benefit actually happens — it activates brown fat and boosts your metabolism.
🏋️ If you're training for muscle, wait 4–6 hours after lifting before you plunge. Cold immediately post-lift can blunt the muscle-building signal your body is trying to send.
🔁 Three short plunges a week will serve you better than one long one. Distribution is the secret.

One of the most powerful things about CrossFit Flourish isn’t just watching people get fitter.

It’s watching strangers become each other’s cheerleaders. 🧡

People who didn’t know each other a few months ago are now counting reps, yelling encouragement, celebrating PBs and checking in when someone’s having a rough day.

That’s the stuff you can’t fake.

Yes, we train hard.
Yes, we get stronger.
Yes, the workouts matter.

But the real magic is the community that forms around it.

The high-fives.
The 'you’ve got this'.
The staying back to cheer the last person home.
