Out in nature getting my reset… my physiotherapy and psychology session all in one 🌿🐾
Fresh air, movement, quiet time and a good walk with the dog always sets the tone for the week ahead.

Then it’s back home for the weekly prep:
• Lamb patties
• Slow cooked blade roast
Simple food. Simple routine. Consistency over perfection.

The temps might have dropped, but nothing beats getting out in nature, breathing fresh air, and slowing things down a little. Colder mornings, quiet walks, sunshine through the trees… still one of the best ways to reset. 💛
