We're looking for dedicated individuals to fill key positions such as Race Secretary, Clerk of the Course, Steward, Technical Officer, Child Safety Officer, Chief Flag Marshall, Chief Starter, Chief Finisher, junior development officer, social media and Level 1 Accredited members. These roles are essential for organising successful events. @

🌟 What an incredible weekend! 🌟

A huge thank you to all our riders and their supporters for making Quickseal Moto Mania a fantastic event! We have so many people to thank for making this weekend possible.

First up, a massive shoutout to Bec, our amazing Race Secretary! Her countless hours of hard work on admin tasks—securing police permits, coordinating medics, planning volunteer schedules, and managing entries, ensured we had as many riders as possible at the start line.

Thanks to the Nichols family for hosting us at your beautiful property and for all your help with setup and pack-up. Your hospitality means the world to us!

A big thank you to the Launceston Junior Motorcycle Club for lending us equipment and to Quickseal Asphalting and the track team for providing an awesome track to ride on both days. We also appreciate our officials for keeping us safe throughout the event.

Special thanks to John, Sarah, Trinity, and Two Sisters Patisserie and Providore for keeping us fueled all weekend long! And to all the amazing volunteers who jumped in to help without hesitation, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

⏳⌛️It’s almost time!! Please make sure you read the following thoroughly. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

🚘 Address:
Saturday: 161 Barnbougle Rd, North Scottsdale
Sunday: Santarena Park, Jetsonville

⏰ Time:
Gates will open each day @ 6:30am.
Sign on 7- 7:30am (you will only need to sign on once for the weekend).
Riders Briefing: 8am

🏁 Flaggy:
Everyone must bring a flaggy to each day.
No flaggy = no ride. We have limited Rural Youth volunteers Saturday (see previous post) if you need a flaggy. Call Bec to book before they’re all gone. We are also happy to accommodate volunteers in other roles if your volunteer is not comfortable on the track but we do need notice.

✍️ Scrutineering:
Self-scruitineering is required. Please fill out our jotform pinned to the top our home page or you’ll need to get a paper copy before you sign on.

🔢 Race numbers:
Please make sure your race numbers are clear and easy to read. These need to be displayed on your back as well as your bike. For suggestions on how to do this please feel free to get in touch.

🏕️ Camping:
Camping is available both nights. Friday night you may camp at the grasstrack on Barnbougle Rd. Saturday night you may head to Santarena Park and set up camp there.

🗑️ Rubbish:
All rubbish needs to be taken home from both events! Managing rubbish has become increasingly difficult and bins will no longer be provided. Please bring a garbage bag and take it home with you.

📕Licences and Endorsements:
All riders are required to show their licences at sign on. This is non-negotiable. If you do not have a physical card, make sure you have a screenshot or a receipt showing dates, as service at both tracks is very limited.
Junior riders, bring your kickstart and endorsement booklets to sign on please.

🥽 Tear offs:
Tear offs are strictly prohibited on Saturday at grasstrack. This property is a working farm and we don’t want cattle eating them! Riders will be fined if found to be wearing tear offs.

🍲 Canteen:
A fully stocked canteen will be available both days thanks to our own canteen team as well as our generous sponsor Two Sisters Patisserie and Providore. Amazing coffee and hot and cold home made goodness all weekend!
