d life long foundations of yoga by teaching children tools to develop inner peace, self-love and happiness. These educational programs consist of many diverse skills such as fundamental movement skills, balance, dance, meditation and personal goals for each child and their unique abilities. Hoping to open children's mind to confidence and their own capability and families minds to the freedom this creates to themselves and the world around us.
