A Huge Thank You to Our Sponsors

As our season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognise the people who make it all possible, our sponsors.

Your support helps our players take the field every week, providing equipment, facilities, and opportunities that allow our team to compete, develop, and represent Cronulla with pride.

From everyone involved with the team — players, coaches, and families — thank you for believing in us and supporting local sport.

Please support the businesses that support our team. 🦈⚾

Season Ends in the Semi Final

The season came to an end last night with a 12–1 loss to Blacktown in the semi final. It wasn’t the result we wanted, but it doesn’t define what this group achieved across the year.

This team battled all season long and showed what they’re capable of throughout the series with Blacktown. There were big wins, tight games, and some incredible performances along the way. We saw dominant pitching performances, clutch hitting, and games that went right down to the final play. At times the boys showed just how dangerous this lineup and pitching staff can be.

A big thank you to the players, coaches, scorers, volunteers, and supporters who were there every step of the way.

We may not have finished the way we hoped, but there’s a lot to be proud of.

Proud of the effort. Proud of the group. Proud to be Sharks. 🦈⚾

SEMI FINAL. DO OR DIE.

Cronulla and Blacktown have gone head-to-head all series in a battle that’s had everything — big hits, clutch pitching, tight finishes and games decided on the final play.

Cronulla have taken big wins along the way, including:
⚾ An 8–5 victory behind a perfect day from Michael Campbell (3-for-3)
⚾ A 4–0 shutout with a dominant pitching effort from Alex Brook, Leo Matsuo, and Enas Hayden
⚾ A 4–2 grind with strong work on the mound and timely hitting
⚾ A 5–1 win sparked by early offense and shutdown relief pitching

But Blacktown have answered back too — including an extra-inning walk-off and a couple of tough losses that show just how tight this matchup has been.

Across the series we’ve seen:
🔥 Big days at the plate from Campbell, Lachlan Vella, Jackson White, and Lachlan Ross
🔥 Huge innings and clutch RBIs from the middle of the lineup
🔥 Outstanding pitching performances and shutdown bullpen work
🔥 Games decided by one swing or one play

Now it all comes down to ONE GAME.

The Semi Final.
The decider.

Everything the boys have done this season leads to today.

⚾ Cronulla vs Blacktown
⚾ Win and move on
⚾ Lose and the season ends

Bring the noise. Bring the energy.

Let’s go Sharks. 🦈🔥

Cronulla Push Blacktown To The Final Play In 7–6 Thriller

Cronulla took Blacktown all the way to the final play before falling 7–6 in a tightly contested game at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday.

Cronulla struck first in the opening inning when Lachlan Ross singled to bring home the game’s first run. Blacktown responded in the third to take a 4–3 lead, but Cronulla answered immediately in the fourth. An error, another Ross RBI single, and a Koby Roberts hit to centre helped Cronulla reclaim the lead.

The teams traded blows through the middle innings, with Blacktown tying the game at six in the sixth before the contest remained locked into extra innings. The game finally ended in the bottom of the ninth when Blacktown scored the winning run on a fielder’s choice.

Cronulla showed strong discipline at the plate, collecting 10 hits and six walks on the day. Ross led the offence with two RBIs, while Jackson White, Ross, and Michael Campbell each recorded two hits.

Starter Maxim Mrakovic struck out four across five innings, keeping Cronulla in the contest as the side battled throughout in one of their most competitive performances of the season.

Back at it again!!
