Can confirm… it in fact did the fking opposite 😫

I just ended up tired, under-fuelled and looking the exact same month after month.

Because the answer was never doing more. It was doing the right things, properly and actually sticking to them.

Once I swapped random workouts for structured training, started fuelling my body instead of constantly dieting and dropped the all or nothing mindset… everything changed.

My discipline, my standards, my physique, my results and my confidence ❤️‍🔥

POV: you learnt to follow the plan, not your mood.

Because your mood changes daily...

You’ll feel motivated one day, flat the next. Busy, tired, not in the mood… it’s always going to fluctuate.

If your routine depends on how you feel, it’s always going to be inconsistent.

That’s why THIS works! She didn’t just show up when she felt like it. She followed the plan, even on the days it wasn’t exciting, even when it felt repetitive and even when nothing seemed to be changing straight away.

That’s what built this.

Not a perfect week, not relying on motivation (I hate this!), it was consistency with the same approach over time.

That’s also why having a proper plan matters. It gives you something to fall back on when you don’t feel like it, instead of constantly guessing or skipping it altogether.
