IT'S TIME TO SUPPORT 2 YOUNG PADDLERS, THOMAS AND ALEXIS, COMPETE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PADDLING DISCIPLINES AT THE WORLD CANOEING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Geelong Canoe Club is holding a Marathon Paddle Event and Come and Try on Sunday, 31 May, 2026

The event is to raise much needed funds to send 2 young paddlers to the World Championships. Tom Russell is heading to Halifax, Canada, to compete in the ICF World Junior Sprint Canoeing event, and Alexis Jane is heading to Argentina to compete in the World U23 Marathon Canoeing Championship.
Both athletes have been training hard to achieve their individual goals, and now they are ready to compete on the world stage.

Please show your support by donating to either Tom or Alexis or both and use the receipt number to enter one of the events on 31May.

If you are not a paddler, please donate to them, and if you would like to Come and Try Kayaking, then come at 11 am. All equipment and instruction will be provided in a friendly and safe environment.

We have demo Revo skis here at We Paddle in Torquay. These skis are truly revolutionary. They look different, and generate inquiry for that reason, but it’s not until you try one that you’ll experience why. Definitely the best ski I’ve ever used downwind, and upwind, as well as being fantastic in the flat.. I’ve never experienced a ski that is so versatile in all conditions.
And they’re very stable once you’ve got used to the feel - usually within a session.
With manufacturing and design now completely revised compared to the original Revos, tne quality and strength is also far superior to most skis on the market.
If you think this is just hype, then come and try to see for yourself.
I’ve always been an agent for multiple manufacturers as I wanted to stay objective to better serve my clients, however I can comfortably say these are the best ski Ive ever paddled - and I make less selling these per ski than some other brands.
