BLUE MOUNTAINS 4WD CLUB 50th Anniversary event

All those planning on attending please note the following:

1. Blue Mountains 4WD Club has EXCLUSIVE use of the Showground for this event. That's from 9am on FRIDAY 1ST MAY thru to 6pm on SUNDAY 3RD MAY.

To camp at the Showground during this time you MUST have completed a financial transaction with Blue Mountains 4WD Club (I.e. purchased an event ticket) to be onsite. This is an insurance 'thing'...BM4WDC assumes the risk for the duration of the event. No other persons are permitted onsite during these times (ID lanyards will be issued) and there are no day passes.

2. There is NO early bird camping permitted.

3. Those who volunteer to help set up are the ONLY persons permitted early entry and it will only be from THURSDAY. If you wish to volunteer, please contact Noreen on 0431239952.

4. For those who have organised the set up of an externally-hired caravan, please have the supplier contact Noreen on 0431239952 prior to the event to organise delivery time on Thursday.

5. It is strongly suggested that LEVELLING RAMPS are bought along.

6. There are NO powered sites for this event, however there are power points in both main buildings that we are using.
