If you enjoy a game of cricket, then we want you!

We have an exciting and fun summer ahead of senior cricket, which will include our first ever chance to play under our new floodlights at Victoria Park here in Jamestown. Matches are played on Saturday’s and trainings are on Thursday Nights at the indoor nets in the stadium from 6:30pm.

Fill in players are always very welcome, if you can only play some weeks and not others that’s fine. If you can play most or every week, that’s great. Everyone is always most welcome!

Exciting news, our home ground of Victoria Park is Jamestown is getting a major upgrade in flood lighting! We’ve been able to partner with JPFNC and Jamestown Junior Cricket "The Strikers" to secure funding to upgrade our lights, which enable local cricket to be played at night for the very first time.

The project has been very fortunate to receive funding support from the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing as well as SACA and Cricket Australia through the Australian Cricket Infrastructure Fund. While the Northern Areas Council has kindly contributed earthworks in kind.

Work will commence this off season, while we hope to be using the light later this year.
