Basically all you need to do is kick a size 5 soccer ball into a 53cm hole in as few kicks as possible. Each hole is given a par rating of 3,4 or 5. This number represents the number of kicks it would take a reasonable player to get the ball in the hole. Turf shoes or sneakers no studded football boots.
