2025 was an amazing year of growth, development and realigning what my goals are and what I want to do with myself.

I started this as Rapture Strength, with the meaning to help people ascend into their greatest potential. Now to better align myself with what I already have been doing I am transitioning to the new name of:

ℝ𝕒𝕡𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖 𝕊𝕥𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕘𝕥𝕙 & ℝ𝕖𝕙𝕒𝕓𝕚𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟

This path and the people I have met have helped me as much as I have them. I couldn’t do this without the support of the people who put their trust in me to coach, treat and educate them to the best of my ability so to all of you I say thank you 😁

.sutcliffe first sanctioned APL comp 🥳🥳

Competed over the weekend at with a killer performance:
Squat - 225kg
Bench - 130kg
Deadlift - 250kg

We’ve both learned a lot out of this comp and the next steps moving forward after all the hard work he’s put in this year. This sport isn’t always easy and can throw curveballs your way so good job for handling it well on the day!

What a wild ride the last year has been.
From uncertainty if I was able to pursue this path, to finding a place to call my home where everyone welcomed me with open arms. It’s already been a year since starting at and I have no regrets, have loved every minute of it, and enjoyed the relationships that I’ve made.
1 year down and many more to go!

I’ll forever be grateful to for roping me into joining this place, for taking me in, for being an absolute queen, for being a manchild, and .fitness for the enlightening chats.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🧨
and myself have been working together for about 10 weeks now and he has been absolutely killing it.

I placed majority of my focus onto improving the efficiency and mechanics of his lifts to start off with, especially accessory movements (which are often overlooked by many powerlifters).

So far Nick has taken every single piece of feedback on board and nailed the finer details of training.
Session to session, week to week there are constant improvements in either the quality and control of the movement, the efficiency of the lift or the ease of how a weight moved.

Currently I have him in a high volume phase to build some quality muscle, over the course of the next 12-16 weeks I plan to taper him off to a mini strength peak so stay tuned.

Nathan is an absolute weapon, first comp and smashing PBs 💪

Ended the day with:
S - 210kg
B - 125kg
D - 250kg

Despite the bench letting him down, his second attempt at 132.5kg flew out without an issue and only failed on technicalities missing the commands (he got a bit too excited 😅).

Starting this prep off the back of his hip flexor injury there was a lot of grey area surrounding what he would be able to squat and how much we could progress it. Despite this he stuck to the plan and trusted in the process, coming back stronger and beating his old PRs.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🧨
sutcliffe has been an absolute legend, bouncing back from a hip flexor injury earlier this year and still working towards his comp at the end of May.

In Feb, he strained his hip flexor badly during squats — but after quickly shifting into rehab mode, today he’s back squatting 170kg for triples!

What we did:
📍 Assessed squatting mechanics and mechanism of injury (addressing quad/hip flexor overload)
📍 Identified deficits with ROM testing and movement screening
📍 Applied targeted rehab to support healing
📍 Maintained overall strength with adjusted training
📍 Rebuilt squatting technique to load hips more efficiently

That is a brief summary of what we did, and a snapshot of the botched drawings and diagrams I spammed Nathan with.

Recovery isn’t always linear, but with the right plan, huge comebacks happen. There is always more you can refine and the process never ends.
