Each push up represents a life lost to su***de in Australia in the year 2024. You can donate or join us over the month of June to raise money for Headspace Ipswich. LET'S GO!!!!

What an unforgettable experience — from working together through every kilometre to making the most of those well-earned 15-minute rest stops!

What an incredible effort at Nationals!

Qld Sonic Dragons brought home an outstanding medal haul:
🥇 2 Gold
🥈 3 Silver
🥉 1 Bronze

The Qld State U18 Team also had a fantastic regatta, securing:
🥈 1 Silver
🥉 1 Bronze

A huge shoutout to Claire and Mikkie who paddled for Manly and in the Invictus team, and to Heather who represented the Para Dragons. We’re so proud to see our paddlers competing across multiple teams and divisions.

There’s something about digging deep when you’re 15km in, everything hurting, and your crew still finds another gear. That’s race grit. That’s boat power. That’s team spirit.

Every stroke today is building toward the upcoming endro quest going from Bribie island to Caloundra, We’re not just paddling kilometers — we’re building endurance, resilience, and trust in the boat.

If 20km hurts now, good. It means we’re getting stronger.
