Had a few people asking us how Worlds works, so we thought we'd put together a quick little guide for all the first-timers. 🇦🇺🚲

If you're heading to Brisbane in 2026, hopefully this helps answer a few of those "Did they eat?" and "will they miss their race?" questions. 😂

Most importantly, enjoy it. These are the moments our kids will remember forever. 💚💛

🌤️ **WEATHER PERMITTING... WE'RE RACING TONIGHT!** 🚲💨

The forecast and the track crew are currently in negotiations, and at this stage racing is **ON** tonight! 🤞

Mother Nature has kept us on our toes lately, but we're optimistic the weather will play nice long enough for some gate drops and good times.

📍 Nominations: 6:00pm – 6:45pm
🏁 Racing Starts: 7:00pm

We'll continue to monitor conditions throughout the day and keep everyone updated if anything changes. As always, rider safety comes first and any decisions won't be made lightly.

For now, dust off the bike, charge the transponder, and send some positive weather vibes our way! ☀️🌈

🌧️ **Gates Night Cancelled Tonight** 🌧️

Well BMX family, after another visit from the Weather Gods and their apparently unlimited rain budget, tonight’s gates session has been cancelled. ☔🚲

The track is currently sitting somewhere between "BMX track" and "wetlands conservation area" and unfortunately isn't suitable for riding.

We know... we can't seem to catch a break lately! 😩

The good news?

**Friday night racing is still ON at this stage** and we're keeping everything crossed for some sunshine, drying winds, and a miracle or two between now and then. 🤞☀️

We know these cancellations are frustrating, and trust us, the decision is never made lightly. Our volunteers always do everything possible to get riders on the track, but rider safety and track conditions will always be our number one priority. We'd much rather miss a session than risk injuries or damage to the track. Thanks for your understanding and ongoing support. 💙🚲
