It’s time to put your conditioning to the test.

Our MAS Conditioning Test is coming 17th August 💪

You’ll take on:

• SkiErg
• Keiser Bike
• Rower

5 minutes. Maximum effort. Each station.

But your results don’t just get recorded and forgotten. 👀

Once you’ve completed your test, you’ll enter your results into the BFT Performance App, creating your own personalised conditioning targets.

Throughout this training block, we’ll use those targets to help guide your cardio intensity — so you’re not just training hard, you’re training at the right intensity for YOU.

Then we’ll retest and see how far you’ve progressed. 📈

Every rep counted. Every second mattered. Every teammate dug deep for each other. 💙
Congratulations to all of our Division Champions and everyone who stepped onto the floor. Whether you stood on the podium or simply had the courage to register and compete, you’re part of what made the day so special.
A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, judges and supporters who helped bring the event to life. Events like this don’t happen without an incredible community behind them. 🙌

The countdown is on! 🔥
If you’ve already purchased your ticket for PODIUM Series #1, keep an eye on your inbox because your team registration email is on its way (or may already have arrived)! 📧
Here’s what you need to do:
✅ Complete your registration
✅ Lock in your teammate
✅ Select your competition division
✅ Secure your place on the competition floor
📩 Look for an email from “BFT PODIUM Team” and follow the prompts.
A few reminders:
👥 Only ONE person per team needs to purchase the ticket and complete the registration process.
📂 If you can’t find the email, make sure you check your spam or junk folder.
This is where it all starts. The training has begun, the excitement is building, and we can’t wait to see our BFT Ipswich and BFT Woolloongabba teams representing their studios on competition day! 💙

PODIUM is BFT’s annual in-studio competition designed to bring our community together, challenge ourselves, and celebrate everything that makes BFT special. It’s about teamwork, grit, strategy, and creating an atmosphere you’ll remember long after the final whistle. Built around BFT’s signature strength and conditioning approach, PODIUM is a team-based event where communication, pacing, and working together are just as important as fitness.
