So you’re just not feeling great about yourself?
Maybe your confidence has copped a beating since having your babe. Maybe you’re feeling out of shape and unfit.
And you’re self conscious about working out in front of other people?
We get it. Some of us feel the same way actually.
That’s why we keep it real and welcome you with open arms.
Our bodies are unfamiliar to us and we’re figuring it out together; building back the fitness and function of our bodies in all their unique postnatal glory. Wobbly bits and all.
We don’t care if you’re in your best active wear or a t and trackies from the 80’s. We just want to see you 🥰.
