This weekend we had the bitter sweet experience of doing our last lead climbing course at Kangaroo Point.

Over the years we have taught many hundreds of people how to be safe on the wall and enjoy both artificial and real rock.

We would like to thank everyone who shared their experiences with us and we hope you continue to enjoy the sport and be safe!

We are closing our doors !!!

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we will be closing down at the end of July this year.

We would like to thank all of you who learnt how to climb, have fun and be safe with us over the years.

We have enjoyed showing you all the ropes and we look forward to seeing you all around the crags and indoor gyms to share your stories with us.

We would like to thank all of you that have supported us over the past few years however due to increasing financial burden and the lack of interest and attendance from the public we will closing the doors to Rope Haus to the general public for weekend bookings.

Any bookings that have been made will still go ahead however we are no longer taking any new bookings.

Thank you to those who visited us and had fun time taking on our challenges.

Who knows maybe will re open our doors again ......... ?

Late last year we did filmed another episode of Shake Takes with Channel 10 and this time we brought them to our indoor facility in Ipswich called Rope Haus

This episode we had a game style show competition with some students from Bundamba State Secondary College to see who would become the next Rope Haus Hero !

Some perfect weather over the weekend for some climbing and learning the intricacies of lead climbing.

Alex and Oscar came along with their A game and cruised through our beginners course over two mornings at Kangaroo Point.

The only thing holding them back now is what gear to buy from K2 Base Camp
