Introducing our new ✨Group Class Room!! ✨

It’s bigger and better, so get ready to sweat it up! 💪🏋️‍♀️

Our group class timetable is on our website 🗓️
Please call reception to book your spot! ☎️

This gives our members/casuals who aren’t participating in a class more floor space in our gym - since our previous Group Class Room is now vacant! (last slide) 🧘‍♀️

Memberships start at AS LITTLE AS $14 per week! 💙

Steam Room Update -

Over the past month, we’ve been busy completing some exciting renovations in our steam room:

• A brand new steam generator has been installed
• All surfaces have received a full protective paint coating

And the final touch is almost here - this Sunday, our flooring refurbishment will be completed.

This means the steam room will be out of action on Sunday and Monday.

We look forward to welcoming you back when the steam room re-opens on Tuesday!
