SEA CHANGE FITNESS – EMPOWERING STRONG WOMEN
I have a passion for helping everyday women achieve a healthy happy lifestyle whilst managing the day-to-day activities of being a mother. Classes provide a serious workout that can help you lose weight whilst also building strength and endurance. Circuit training is efficient way to work out because you work your whole body, muscles and heart, by going

from one exercise to another with little rest, taking your body to the limit and burning lots of calories in a short space of time. The variety within each class also makes it great fun, you can go at your own pace and I cater for all fitness levels. All indoor morning classes provide child minding (6 weeks to 12 years), mothers can come and exercise without the hassle of organising childcare. Sea Change Fitness provides a social opportunity for mothers to meet like-minded mothers. All fitness levels welcome – please don’t be put off if you haven’t exercised in a while. All exercises can be adapted to your current level of fitness and there are no complicated routines to follow. Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 9.15am to 10.15am

Just a friendly reminder the workout for Marie is running this Saturday 27th.
Spread the word we have a few spots left for 7am and 8am.
Also note we will be running a raffle on the day with some fabulous prizes kindly donated by local business. So please bring some cash with you to buy yourself a ticket.
