🥊 HEALTHY COMBAT EDGE IS COMING TO INVERELL! 🥊
Looking for a fun way to build confidence, learn self-defence skills and challenge yourself? 💪
Healthy Combat Edge is a FREE martial arts, self-defence and personal development program designed specifically for teenagers.
This program is proudly delivered through a partnership between Centacare, Sapphire Academy of Sports (SAS) and DogFight Combatives, working together to provide teenagers in our community with access to quality training completely FREE of charge. 🙌
📅 Starts: Wednesday 16 September 2026
🗓️ When: Every Wednesday
⏰ Time: 5pm–6pm
📍 Where: Sapphire Academy of Sports (SAS), 66 Ring Street, Inverell
💰 Cost: FREE!

With the overwhelming growth of the Super Centre we have a new time table for our Boxing plus the time tables for all that we offer including Shoshin Martial Arts which is a freestyle karate with old school values, C4 BJJ, and Dogfight Combatives 🙏 for all your Martial Art needs

As we grow we do not want to sacrifice our quality so adding new times is a must 💯🥊
