My blueprint is built on the 75% rule—where three-quarters of the week is dedicated to the grind of cross-training.
We don’t just lift; we evolve through purposeful pairings:
●Power & Push: Kettlebell swings met with disciplined push-ups.
●The Grind: Walking weighted lunges transitioned into narrow push-press squats.
●The Chain: Stiff-leg deadlifts followed by the burn of weighted hip bridges.
●The Burn: High pulls superset with a squat-to-press.
●The Core: Anchored reverse crunches paired with dead bugs for total stability.
This is the pursuit of Mobility, Strength, Coordination, Fitness, and Agility.
