Food for winter months made Easy & Cheap.
I cringe when I think of all the extras put into a can of soup. Ever felt so thirsty after a can? Some have up to 1500mg+ of sodium in them. And is that even real chicken?! 😳

4 ingredients Chicken n Corn Soup!
4 large chicken breast.
1L of low salt chicken stock
1 pack of Chicken noddle soup mix.
2 cups of frozen corn
On high in slow cooker for 4 hrs.
Chicken pulls apart with a fork. 🤩

If you divided the whole dish into 8 serves you would get around 47g of protein per dish.
(1.2kg chicken breast)

Thank me later - Eat it for days. 🥰💪🫶

A kettlebell and a set of dumbbells are all you need to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.🫶🙌

​True transformation happens when you choose movement over stationary, strength over excuse, and mind over matter.
You don’t need a room full of machines to build a body that is strong, fit, and mobile, you just need the discipline to move the iron!!

​My blueprint is built on the 75% rule—where three-quarters of the week is dedicated to the grind of cross-training.
We don’t just lift; we evolve through purposeful pairings:
​●Power & Push: Kettlebell swings met with disciplined push-ups.

​●The Grind: Walking weighted lunges transitioned into narrow push-press squats.

​●The Chain: Stiff-leg deadlifts followed by the burn of weighted hip bridges.

​●The Burn: High pulls superset with a squat-to-press.
​●The Core: Anchored reverse crunches paired with dead bugs for total stability.

​This is the pursuit of Mobility, Strength, Coordination, Fitness, and Agility.
Because at the end of the day, a strong body is just as vital as a fit one. Pick up the weight and start.
