Princess Cruise Seminar!
Join us at the RSM Club for an information filled morning hosted by Windsong Travel and Princess Cruises.
Coffee and morning tea will be included as well as an informative presentation.

If you’re planning on coming to Pilates this week can I ask that you jump online & book in nice & early or send me a message if you prefer.

I know schedules are often a little different over holidays so this will allow me to give people notice if classes don’t have numbers to run.

We have all heard that exercise is great for mental health, I want to highlight the principles of pilates that make it extra wonderful.

✨Concentration & Breathing✨

Each movement is matched to the breath & requires concentration to perform exercises correctly making Pilates a very mindful movement.

Being a low intensity strength based workout we create a connection between the breath, mind & body which can be calming to our nervous system & friendly for our hormones, all contributing to positive mental health.

On a personal note, along with instructing Pilates I am also usually helping people travel around the 🌎 at the past 18 months has been devastating experiencing the tourism industry be so badly affected.
I feel so fortunate to have been able to use my Pilates knowledge to help prioritise both my mental & physical health during these times.

I hope sharing these benefits & my love for Pilates can bring a positive impact for you too 💚

👋🏻 I’m Marnie & firstly thank you for stopping by my post.

I realised I am a little overdue for an introduction so, here we go.

I really wasn’t active as a teenager & I think this because it was only ever presented to my in the form of team sports or athletics, both I am atrocious at 🤣

My beautiful friend introduced me to reformer Pilates 4 or so years ago &
as someone who also loves high intensity workouts, I found it to compliment my existing routine perfectly.

In 2019 with encouragement from another lovely friend I completed my Pilates Instructor training in matwork & reformer.

At the time, completing my instructor training was more about getting myself out of my comfort zone & having the confidence in myself to say yes to something I knew I would love.

Fast forward to April 2021 & I opened Orenda Pilates where I now get to share my Pilates passion with you all (even more of you now thanks to Zoom!) ☺️

After each class, it seriously feels like I’ve spent the afternoon laughing with good friends! I am so thankful for our beautiful community❤️
