Pappys gym will be unmanned from Xmas day and reopen on Monday the 5th of January.
All 24hr members will be able to access the facility during this period.

A big congratulations to Alex Pensini for winning the Push Up Challenge at his school for the second year running. Alex has trained hard at Pappy’s Gym for the last year and has increased his muscle mass, strength and of course his popularity.
