🤼 WHAT TO WEAR — MASTERS OF THE MAT

Competitors, make sure you’ve got your gear sorted before Saturday! ⚔️

You can compete in either:

🔴🔵 OPTION 1 — WRESTLING SINGLET
A red or blue wrestling singlet.

OR

🔴🔵 OPTION 2 — SHIRT/RASHIE + SHORTS
A red or blue wrestling shirt/rashie with black shorts.
⚠️ Shorts must have NO POCKETS and NO ZIPS.

🥾 Wrestling boots are required.

We will have a small number of wrestling shirts and boots available on the day if needed, but sizes and colours will be very limited, so we strongly recommend organising your uniform beforehand.

Competitors, make sure you know your weigh-in time and are ready to make your nominated division.

👦 JUNIORS
🕑 2:00–2:30 PM

💪 SENIORS
🕑 2:00–2:30 PM

🕓 4:00–4:30 PM

🚨 THERE IS NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE.

Masters of the Mat is being overseen by the WA Combat Sports Commission, and athletes must make the weight division they have nominated.

✅ Commission-approved, calibrated scales will be used.
✅ Weigh in wearing what you will wrestle in, minus your wrestling boots.
❌ If you don't make your nominated weight on the day, you will not be able to compete.

Not confident you'll make weight? Move yourself into the division above on Smoothcomp before MIDNIGHT TUESDAY.

Please don't leave it until weigh-in day. ⚔️
