Midgard Cup 2025 summary-

The aim was to qualify for nationals and hit some PBs. Unfortunately, it wasn't to be. Stones and arm over arm went well, farmers and deadlifts were a passing grade.

The log press is where I was let down. I had issues with vertigo and dizziness, probably due to salt imbalance/hydration, a virus, my clean technique, sleep disruptions, and probably all of the above.

Onwards and upwards. The prep for this comp was extremely successful, although I had some log issues in prep, too, and usually, this shows in comps. Log redemption is on the menu now.
