A last reminder to thank our wonderful lifeguards who take time out of their own busy lives to help out so you can all enjoy this amazing facility. They were first in the freezing cold pool to prepare for you. Enjoy the first day of your new pool season from tomorrow afternoon at 3pm. The water is a delightful 21.7 degrees. 🥶

It is a strange feeling to come to the pool knowing it is the last day of my time managing this beautiful facility in our little corner of the world.
It has been quite a privilege to be so involved with our families and friends on a daily basis over the last ten summers. I get tremendous joy out of seeing the little families grow and gain confidence in the water and then go on to swim independently as they get bigger. It is always a big moment when they go into the big pool for the first time and then the ultimate burst of self confidence that sees them reach the deep end - wow! 🤩

Our pool is such a great place for families to spend time just being together enjoying each others company. No devices here!
Some of my favourite memories will be the beautiful mornings spent with my morning lap swimmers 🏊 💦 lots of laughs enjoyed.

I want to thank Kev for all of his help and guidance to help me on my way and to Prai for taking up the challenge and starting her own journey when she opens tomorrow.

My husband Kevin and the kids have been fantastic support over the years and are all very excited to not be mowing anymore 🤣 Who knows, we may even get to go for a swim this summer! 🙌💦💦
