If there was an award for talking during class, Grace would have wrapped it up years ago. Somehow she’s managed to turn every workout into a social event while still getting the job done.

Whether she’s catching up with everyone, making the coaches work harder to keep her focused, or keeping the class entertained, Grace brings a lot of energy and laughs to The Burn.

Fan The Flames is a strength-focused workout designed to help you build muscle, increase power, and develop confidence under the bar. This is not a cardio class. It’s your opportunity to slow down, lift heavy, and focus on quality movement.

Using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, and sled work, you’ll work through a structured full-body strength session targeting all major muscle groups. Whether you’re new to lifting or an experienced athlete, our coaches will help you select the right load to challenge you safely.

Since January 1st, Rajesh has lost an incredible 18kg.

But the number on the scale only tells part of the story.

What we see is someone who committed to showing up, week after week. Someone who trusted the process, stayed consistent, and kept moving forward even when progress wasn’t always easy.
