Ingle Farm squash juniors will resume this Monday 20th July .
Junior sessions will essentially run 4-5pm and 5-6pm Monday to Thursday inclusive . So starting dates will be 20th, 21st , 22nd and 23rd and proceed the same days for the following weeks .
In terms of the time frame , players who choose to stay on for the second session , or alternatively turn up early for the second session , are welcome to do so at no extra charge . This will be structured and done by arrangement . Though family commitments will change on a weekly basis , with communication we will adapt to your needs .
Whilst in the future , Ingle Farm will run it’s juniors for the 5 weekdays , we are hosting a state schools program every Friday this term and as such , unfortunately I am unable to run the juniors on a Friday . I’m aware some of the Ingle Farm players will be representing their schools and congratulations are in order to those players . If you would like your school involved in such a program please contact me direct . I will do my best to ensure that we change the situation such that you have the opportunity to represent your school should you so desire. In terms of those who have asked to watch the schools program ( 4-530 Friday’s ) I’ll be in touch . We are operating appropriately under Covid safe guidelines and will continue to do so.
Ingle Farm will continue to have a sibling discount and I’ll be introducing an optional 2nd 3rd and ultimately a 4th day at no extra charge. In other words , you can pay for 1 day and come for 2 , 2 days and come for 3 or 3 days and come unlimited to the junior program. In time , Ingle Farm will be introducing a Sunday morning session and details will be provided.
I’ll be writing to all parents on my books in the coming days outlining plans for the future and details of the program in greater detail . My door continues to be open if you have any personal or additional requests for your child . Do not forget that you are able to use your sports vouchers if they have not been used this year . This option will continue next year.
We have a number of new people of different ages joining our program as well as visitors to our venue through the latter part of the year. It’s my expectation that will grow . Juniors can feel free to welcome any newbies , show them the ropes and help them feel as welcome as they would want to be.
For those who are hearing and reading about us for the first time please feel free to write , text or call me with any question you have .
Ingle Farm will be developing in many ways in an inclusive manner . Further announcements will follow .
Ingle Farm squash is a not for profit organisation and I’d like to thank Sport Australia for their efforts in contacting me and we hope to provide some benefit to kids in time .
Thanks to Karakal and Salming for their support. Both are run by fantastic squash people who are the epitome of good values. Any support however small of these companies is well deserved
Finally , I’d like to thank the parents for their patience and their continued support.
