Announcing the 8 week Ballet Strong Training Program!

This 8 week training program is designed to improve all aspects of your technique by developing the mobility and stability needed in ballet class.

Every 2 weeks for 8 weeks you will receive new workouts to help you improve extensions, turns, jumps, conditioning and maintain your knee and ankle health.

Dancers will have access to their own app on their phone with guided tutorials, exercise breakdowns, achievement badges, progress tracking and more.

Joining me on Wednesday is Luke from – a French-learning platform on Youtube. A bilingual French/English speaker, Luke trained as a dancer in both England and Paris.

Thinking his dancing days were over the former ballet/jazz/ tapper ‘dragged himself’ back into university and wound up a post-grad language teacher.

He feels his language teaching is massively informed by his dance training and he is fascinated by ways of learning and the art of goal setting.

He has recently completely a video guide on accurate French pronunciation for ballet terms for both the dancer and French learner alike, and aims to heal ugly French ballet pronunciation the world over!
