This event needs 70+ volunteers to share the workload and make the event happen! One month to go until Event Day! This event is fundraising for our community - Mary Valley State College, Imbil Community & Sports Club Inc. and the Imbil Swimming Pool. We need helpers - if you volunteer you get a free entry. Helpers needed for Set up - Friday arvo, On Saturday - event day & Pack down Sunday. Please give a couple of hours and help out - it will all get done but goes a lot faster with helpers! Event Camping has changed - Thanks to those who made the changes work at our January event. We are running it the same for this event. When you purchase your rodeo ticket in the confirmation email it will give you the link and password to access the camping booking form. There are 172 campsites available 5m x 10m approximately. 1 vehicle & 4 people allowed on the one campsite. Vehicle Rego & people staying must be listed on camp booking. This data will be checked two weeks out from the event. Only the vehicle and people listed will have access to the camping area.
