There is something deeply rewarding about seeing the results of horses that we have bred from our stallions, proving themselves as talented, reliable, and competitive performers
Borderview Cash out of Wombeena Roulette and by our resident stallion Haftado Chance, was prepared and sold through the Swan Cup Incentive Sale by Jaylyn Downs ASH stud.
Cash and his rider Luka performed so well on the weekend.
He was awarded best overall incentive horse for the carnival.

Another home bred horse Borderview Siffredi ( the pretty paint) play in the men’s competition, performing well for a young horse.

We are excited to keep following these horse’s journeys.

It’s been a while since we posted so thought we should start doing some updates.
We headed to Cooyar Camdraft back a couple of months ago and had a great deal of fun and a bit of success.
Our pocket rocket Donnell Park Victoria (Invictus x Seligman Spin mare ) having her first go at drafting and excelled , she performed so well making the Maiden for Maiden final but unfortunately getting a tough beast and not going any further. We were wrapped with how she went tho for her first draft, we think she has a huge future in front of her. Our other very talented mare Boonara Tiara (Boonara Mentor) had an exceptional weekend and made the Maiden for Maiden and Maiden finals.
Not backing up to well in the Maiden Final but had a brilliant run in the Maiden for Maiden and pulled off a third. We were wrapped with the way both our mares performed for the weekend. We would like to thank the cattle donors and Cooyar Campdraft committee for running the draft

You go away for a night and you can bet your bottom dollar a foal is born.
Come home to the second of the twins (Jaylyn Downs Call Girl x Jaylyn Downs Sir Walter) up and about. Taller and longer than her older twin a lovely little filly. We have called her Borderview Burlesque. Bitter sweet as we know Call Girl may not be with us for much longer , but she has most certainly left a legacy with these beautiful twin filly foals.

Welcome to the first of the twins. A filly by the super talented stallion Jaylyn Downs Sir Walter (who coincidentally is a twin to our wonderfully talented mare Jaylyn Downs Lexus)
This little girl is out of our fantastic little mare Jaylyn Downs Callgirl. It’s taken a few days for her to settle in and we we very concerned about her to start with. We want to thank Justin , Lyndal , Emma and Laura Hafey and all the crew at Jaylyn Downs for all your help with her, we would have been lost without you. We have called her Borderview Stripteeze. All ready she is showing her athleticism and galloping around the paddock.
One to watch in the future.

As breeders you are always very proud when one of your young ones hit the park.
Donna played our beautiful young mare Borderview Cameo for her first game of polocrosse. Cameo by Brookview Pinup , is out of one of our absolute all time favourites Oakmore Friday. Friday played a lot of high level polocrosse and Donna had years of fun playing her. Cameo is following in her mother’s footsteps and we can see already how talented this little mare is going to be. Looking forward to seeing her continue to progress.

The lovely young man Siffredi , owned by the Shepherd family who is by Chance played his first tournament at Goondiwindi this weekend. Siffredi is a 3 year old who from day one was always a cool dude. Chance has most definitely passed on his lovely disposition to him. All accounts he acquitted himself extremely well and played like an old hand. Keep an eye out for him as we always thought he would be a superstar.
