So proud of what mum has accomplished over the years and if it wasn’t for her our school wouldn’t be. The best part is now I get to teach the children of her past dancers as they are being involved in this tradition as mums 💕

🌟 Why I Teach & Judge – Featuring Cheryl Medley! 🌟
“Highland Dancing has shaped who I am — from starting classes at age 8 to still being involved at almost 75. It has given me confidence, discipline, lifelong friendships and countless opportunities to grow as a dancer, teacher, adjudicator and volunteer. Spending 43 years teaching and watching generations of dancers find their love for the art has been one of my greatest joys. Seeing past pupils return to say hello, and watching former students lead their own studios, reminds me of the lasting impact of this beautiful tradition. The music, the kilts and the community have always called me back — and I will be a Highland Dancer for life.”— Cheryl Medley ✨
