Our 10-week block is back for kids aged 10–15 💥
Designed to help them:
✅ Build strength safely
✅ Move faster & sharper
✅ Perform with confidence

This program is more than just training — it’s about helping kids grow physically, mentally & socially 🙌

Here’s what they’ll gain 👇
⚡ Strength & Power – safe lifting + explosive movement
⚡ Speed & Agility – sprinting, acceleration, quick change of direction
⚡ Injury Prevention – stronger, safer movement patterns
⚡ Progress Tracking – weekly progressions & feedback
⚡ Coaching & Mentorship – small groups (4–6 per coach)
⚡ Confidence & Life Skills – resilience, teamwork & self-belief

We’re excited to launch our Term 4 Performance Program — a 10-week block designed for kids aged 10–15 who want to build strength safely, move faster, and perform with confidence.

This program is more than just training — it’s about developing complete young people: physically, mentally, and socially.

With expert coaching, small group attention, and proven systems, your child will grow their ability, resilience, and belief both on and off the field.

Here’s what your child will gain:

Strength & Power Development
• Age-appropriate lifting and progressive overload done safely.
• Explosive power to enhance sport performance and overall movement.

Speed, Agility & Coordination
• Sprint mechanics, acceleration, and sharp change of direction.
• Balance and body control to move with confidence in any sport.

Injury Prevention & Longevity
• Stronger movement patterns that reduce injury risk.
• Targeted training to protect growing bodies long term.

Progress Tracking & Results
• Weekly progressions inside each small group.
• Clear feedback and performance markers to show improvement.

Coaching & Mentorship
• Individualised attention inside groups capped at 4–6.
• Guidance that builds confidence, discipline, and accountability.

Confidence & Life Skills
• Personal achievement that fuels self-belief and resilience.
• Teamwork, communication, and leadership skills that carry into school and life.

When: Monday–Friday, 4:00–5:00 PM (pick 1-2 afternoons per week)

We’re leveling up our Term 1 Junior Athlete Development Program with the expertise of Strength & Conditioning Coach Glen Pilcher! 💪🔥

With 30 years in the fitness industry, Glen’s coaching career has been nothing short of incredible. From coaching his first Olympian at the 1996 Atlanta Games to working with elite teams like the NSW Waratahs, Melbourne Rebels, and Canterbury Bulldogs, Glen brings unmatched experience in developing athletes to reach their peak potential.

He’s mentored some of the biggest names in professional sports, including:

🏉 Cameron Murray (South Sydney Rabbitohs)
🏉 Bailey Simonsson (Parramatta Eels)
🏉 Mark Nawaqanitawase (Wallabies & Roosters)
🏉 Angus Bell (Wallabies)
