🚨 WE'RE HIRING! 🚨

Indoor Climb South Coast is looking for a new team member to join our crew!

We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person (18+) to help run floor shifts in our climbing gym.

You don't need to be an experienced climber, but you do need to:
✅ Love working with people
✅ Be friendly, approachable and confident
✅ Be reliable and able to work regular weekly shifts
✅ Enjoy being part of a fun, active environment
✅ Be willing to learn

Climbing experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. We can teach the technical skills — we're really looking for someone with a great attitude and strong customer service skills.

History made!! Janja Garnbret has become the first woman to climb Bibliographie (9b+) and only the second woman ever to climb the grade, one of the hardest achievements in sport climbing. She joins an elite club - only around a dozen people have ever climbed at this grade!!!!

In Australian grading, 9b+ converts to approximately grade 38 — harder than any currently established route in Australia and right at the cutting edge of what's possible worldwide. An incredible reminder of just how far the limits of climbing can be pushed.....and what an amazing climber Janja is 💪🧗‍♀️

A huge congratulations to Australian climber Oceana Mackenzie on winning her first IFSC World Cup gold medal in Bern, Switzerland 🧗. After years of competing at the highest level and consistently making finals, Oceana has now claimed the biggest result of her career so far. An incredible achievement for her and a massive moment for Australian climbing.
