Avanti Rhythmics club is delighted to share with you information about our sport, our team and all the news you will need to know about joining this dynamic sport that allows you to grow as a rhythmic gymnast, a dancer, a performer and the competitor you want to be. Rhythmic Gymnastics is an exciting progressive Olympic sport that develops total body fitness in

cluding strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. It combines the grace of ballet, the dynamics of gymnastics and the expressive movement of dance and performance. Girls perform on gymnastic mats with choreographed routines to musical accompaniment whilst using the 5 rhythmic hand held apparatus
Ribbon - Ball - Hoop - Rope - Clubs. Routines are performed as individuals, pairs, trios and group routines. Have you watched Rhythmic Gymnastics at the Olympic Games and wished you could learn this stunning sport?

Our Director and founder Beth Robb , celebrated her 50th Bday last week !!

There were many heartfelt videos sent from coaches and students , little reels of smiles, love waving and singing 🎶
Such special gifts and cards put together to recognise such a special and truly significant milestone.
Beth was particularly struck by this poem 📖
It was written by 11year old student Alicia in level 5. So Impressive ! her insight and wonderul way with words.
