At Col Jones Swim school Hurstville, we teach swimming with a focus on technique. As the Royal Life Saving Society - Australia says, “many children leave swimming lessons before reaching these benchmarks, increasing their vulnerability to drowning”.

A friendly reminder of our reception opening hours:

☀️Monday to Friday: 8am-1130am & 3pm-730pm
🚀Saturday & Sunday: 8am-12pm

We have our classes operating during these hours as well as our front desk who are able to answer any of your queries!

🏊🏼‍♀️ Say hello to our brand new swim shop!!! 🏊🏼‍♂️

🐠 We have all new Google styles - including prescription goggles! These are great for someone who wears glasses regularly and in their swimming lesson may struggle with their vision and particularly for our squad kids & viewing the pace clock!

🌟 Our goggles are split into 3 main areas, children, adults and competitive googles. You are more than welcome to try on a sample pair to see which style feels best!

☀️ We also have new caps that have wonderful & fun characters on them as well as our Col Jones caps in great colours too!

🦋 For all our beginners, we also have floaties and back bubbles available which is a great safety device that can help your little ones enjoy their time. These are always used as a helpful aid, supervision is a must.

On Saturday our Jones Swim Club team participated in the Windsor swimming carnival at Sydney Olympic park! All of our competitions smashed their races with many personal best swims and many of our swimmers also received medals for their events! 🚀

Congratulations to all our swimmers for their efforts at the carnival and also at training to achieve these great results. 🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♂️

Sunny was our youngest competitor (8yrs) who is pictured in and out of the water for her 100m backstroke swim! She was the smallest in her heat but put up a good fight to score a 2nd place medal for her age group 🏅🌟

It is ‘sprint night’ so be sure to bring your racing energy to win 1st, 2nd & 3rd place ribbons 🏅
