About the Guest - Thanh Truong
I met Thanh over ten years ago through common friends and had always found Thanh to be different because of his unique values, positive attitude, and overall charisma and confidence.

Itโ€™s been amazing to see how that has manifested over the years. Thanh graduated with a business degree and worked at the Australian Tax Office in his early career. He had a similar realization I had, that finance wasnโ€™t fulfilling enough for him and that he wanted to find a different line of work that was more meaningful and was also more aligned with his values.

That was when Thanh did a 180 and moved into a completely different industry - Support Work for youth experiencing challenging times. After catching up with Thanh and hearing his story, I just had to invite him on to share it. It had touched and inspired me so much, I felt others would also greatly benefit from hearing his experiences and insights.

What makes Thanh special in my eyes is how authentic he is to living in alignment with his values. He is a very optimistic man with great character and integrity and will no doubt continue to touch the lives of those he meets.

About Byron

My name is Byron and I'm from Sydney, Australia.

My spiritual journey began when I left the corporate world as a CPA Accountant in Universal Pictures. I travelled to Asia in search for life meaning and direction and that's what eventually lead to becoming a Buddhist Monk in Taiwan's biggest monastery, Fo Guang Shan.

Why is Assisted Stretching is better than Yoga?
Because the person is not applying any effort to maintain any position, they are able to relax completely into the stretch, deepening the stretch beyond normal yoga practices.

Why is Assisted Stretching is better than Massage?
Assisted Stretching feels as good as a massage but instead of just having the short term pleasure and most massages, assisted stretching has long term benefits by lengthening the muscles, hence improving the resting structure of the muscles. This also helps improve posture, alleviate excess stress on joints, improve range of movement, and decrease chance of injury.

About the Guest - Annie Phosavanh
Annie and I have been friends for a very long time and she was always the happy, kind and friendly girl who everyone wanted to be around because she just knew how to make you feel special and welcome.

What inspires me most about Annie is her sense of adventure and trust in her intuition. She always seems to know exactly where to be to get the most out of life and that's been continuously reflected in her exciting life journey.

Annie started documenting her daily activities way before it became mainstream. It eventually lead her to becoming a travel blogger and influencer with over 150,000 followers, and she traveled the world, sharing her unique perspectives on different holiday destinations

Things were going so well for Annie and she was living the life most could only dream of, until Covid hit in 2020 and all travelling was restricted. This caused Annie to reevaluate her life and she decided it was the perfect time to pivot into a new direction and to start a family.

Now Annie is a proud and happy mother of a beautiful baby boy and she's ready for her new journey into motherhood.
