Hi junior Hawks, the date for competitive teams is confirmed.

We have locked in Sunday 13th September starting 10.30am at the club rooms. We understand this is the last day for Finals and hope that the times for each team allow them to watch their respective age group finals.

🤎💛A BBQ sausage sizzle and snacks will be provided after each groups presentation

The 2026 Junior competitive season might be over for the Huntly teams, but every single one of you should be really damn proud of how you’ve played, fought hard and conducted yourselves throughout this year!

Our new u12 girls team brought the fun and energy every week, our u12 boys team powered up time and time again to fight the fight, our u14s team pulled the A-grade card and showed the entire town that Huntly are as good as any other club in the league, and the u16s legends pulled wins out their butts when half the team was battling injury or illness!

You should all be very proud of yourselves and what you have achieved this year 🙌

Vote Count Presentation Day will be the weekend of the 12th/13th Sept with times and exact date to be confirmed soon.
We understand this is the BJFL grand final weekend, however it is the only weekend available for the clubrooms and we will endeavour to select times that allow families to watch their respective teams final.

🤎💛 Under 9s & 10s Presentation Day 🙌

It’s hard to believe the 2026 footy season is already coming to an end - and for the 9s and 10s - is already over 😮‍💨

A big THANK YOU! to our Coaches Zac Runnalls and Brett Engi for your passion for football and passing this on to our community, and for being great role models and mentors to the kids - week in, week out - at games and training.
To Jess Brown and Stacey Diss for being the glue that holds a team together, doing all the little things behind the scenes to get a game up and running.
To the parents, brothers, sister, aunties, uncles grannies, families and friends who come along to support and volunteer each week to help the team run.

And to the legendary kids who love footy… and make these teams what they are. As much as it can be like hearding deaf sheep into a small cage - it wouldn’t be the same without you involved!!

A special shout out and Thankyou to Principal Paul Wilkinson and St Thomas Aquinas Primary School Huntly who sponsored and cooked the BBQ that fed our little Huntly Hawks today after the medal presentations. We look forward to continuing a collaboration with the school who are eager to help support the juniors in the coming seasons!!
