🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨
This season at Thornlie & Districts Tee-Ball Association, the City of Gosnells is planning substantial changes to the facilities we use every round at Sutherlands Park – Reserve B.
These works are currently scheduled to commence in October. Exact timelines will be provided to members once they have been confirmed and forwarded to us by the City of Gosnells.
As part of these works, the change rooms, kiosk and administration building will be demolished, and the car parks between Reserve A and B and Reserve B and C will be closed.
Prior to demolition, temporary facilities will be installed on-site, including toilets, kiosk and access to drinking water.
The project is expected to take approximately 2 years. Once completed, we will have an amazing new pavilion and upgraded playing surface for our clubs, Association and wider community to enjoy for many years to come.
⚠️ Please allow extra time on game days to find parking and walk to your diamond, and exercise caution around the area while demolition and construction works are underway.
Parking options will include:
Holmes Street
Gay Street
Youth Entertainment Space
Parking along side Southern River Road is not permitted. City of Gosnells rangers will be monitoring this area and non-compliance may incur a infringement fine.
We understand these works will cause some inconvenience throughout the season and appreciate everyone's patience, cooperation and understanding while these exciting improvements are underway.
The short-term disruption will be well worth the long-term improvement to our facilities.
